Plurality was founded by Nolan and Eimen in 2024 with the mission to bring fully autonomous labor to the world. We are entering a chaotic phase in humanity's timeline. We're building an antifragile company that can thrive in this environment.

At Plurality we see ourselves as a high performance team that is playing to win. We make decisions based on first principles and execute fast and with confidence. If needed we are not afraid to dare what others won't or can't.

  • Clarity. Thinking and communicating clearly are unfair advantages. We reason from first principles to reach clarity. Once we have clarity, we execute fast and with confidence.
  • Speed. Fast iteration can make up for a lot; it’s usually ok to be wrong if you iterate quickly. Plans should be measured in decades, execution should be measured in weeks.
  • Antifragility. Antifragility is beyond resilience or robustness. The resilient resists shocks and stays the same; the antifragile gets better
